Janusz Mencel BSc Civil Engineering (Hons) with over 40 years experience (21 years in the UK and 20 years overseas) in the Oil / Gas Pipeline, Civil Engineering industries of which 33 years have been spent in Design/Consultancy work (design work and site supervision) and 8 years working in the Construction Contracting industry at a senior level.

Experience gained on major oil, gas, and civil engineering projects which includes high-pressure oil, gas, and water transmission pipelines, flow lines, above-ground installations, manifold stations, telecommunication sites, petrochemical refineries including storage tanks, aluminum smelting plants, power stations, and pumping stations.
